- 2023 to 2025. Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland (LNR) Deanery. Completed Specialised Foundation Training. Jobs in psychiatry, orthopaedics, gastroenterology, respiratory, cardiology, and renal medicine.
- 2023 to 2025. UK Foundation Programme Office and NHS England. Lead Foundation Doctor Representative. Represented 300+ doctors across the region and involved in national NHS meetings.
- 2023 to present. Digital health platform. Started and founded Doctor Devify. Accumulated 60K+ followers with 40M+ views across TikTok and Instagram.
- 2024 to present. TikTok. Founding member, Clinician Creator Network. One of 19 selected for national public health campaigns to target medical misinformation.
- 2024 to 2025. University of Leicester. Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education. Awarded with distinction.
- 2025. UK Government. Invited to 10 Downing Street. Invited to contribute to discussions on the role of credible creators in the future of public communication and trust.
- 2025. Devify Press. Published author. Author of practical medical education guides supporting students and clinicians, published under my own imprint, Devify Press.
- 2025 to present. The MedNex. Board Director. Board Director for a global network connecting clinicians with mentors for research.
- 2025 to present. Healthcare Creators Collective. Co-founder. Co-founded a collective for UK healthcare creators and the brands that work with them, running events, workshops and a community.
- 2026 to present. NHS. Started Internal Medicine Training. Started Internal Medicine Training, based in the West Midlands.
- 2026. Doctor Devify. Built the Doctor Devify toolkit. Built and shipped the Hub, including Foundation Ranker, Before You Rank and the calculators that sit alongside them.
- 2026. The Schema. Founded The Schema. Founded a standalone site for doctors preparing for Internal Medicine Training interviews.
I am an NHS resident doctor. Not long after I started on the wards, the same problem kept repeating itself: healthcare was changing fast, and the explaining was not keeping up. When clinicians, policymakers and the public are not working from the same picture, trust is the first thing to go.
Doctor Devify is what I built to close that gap. I take NHS policy, workforce reform and system change, and put them into plain language for the people they actually land on. It has taken me from the ward round to national government campaigns, and to 10 Downing Street.
