What is the application process?

When a project aligned with your profile becomes available, you will be invited to a short interview with the project team. Successful candidates are then onboarded and introduced to their assigned research project. Research Fellowship positions at MedNex are filled on a rolling basis. Once you apply, your profile is reviewed and matched to suitable research projects based on your skills, experience, and stated interests using our bespoke matching algorithm.

Do you host research events?

Yes. MedNex regularly hosts research-focused events, including conferences, workshops, mentorship sessions, and collaborative research initiatives. These are designed to support early-career researchers and students.

Can I apply from outside the UK?

Yes. MedNex welcomes international applicants. Many activities are remote-friendly, making participation possible from outside the UK.

Can I apply if I am not a medical student or a doctor?

This includes premedical students, as well as students and professionals in biomedical sciences, public health, data science, engineering, and related fields.
